New England Clam Chowda Base
The same great recipe as our award-winning New England Clam Chowda, but offered as a concentrated base, it contains the clams, potatoes, onions and great flavor, everything but the cream. It reconstitutes in a one-to-one ratio with cream or milk. An excellent value for a bit more effort!

Handling Instructions:
Keep frozen. Thaw under refrigeration.
Shelf Life:
18 months from manufacture date, frozen. Once thawed use within 21 days.
Cooking Instructions:
Mix each 4 Lb bag with 1/2 gallon of half & half, light cream or milk. Heat to 185 F.
